CALCULATOR CONFIGURATION REFERENCE
What the equipment estimate includes.
These are PulpGuru-supplied planning references, not independently verified supplier quotations. All amounts in the table are Indian rupees in crore, after the existing India pricing factor. 1 crore = 10,000,000 rupees; 1 lakh = 100,000 rupees.
| Supplied configuration label | Pulping | Auxiliary | Machine count × unit cost | Machines | Total equipment |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1+1 TPD · Lab-scale setup | ₹1.68 | ₹0.96 | 4 × ₹0.78 | ₹3.12 | ₹5.76 |
| 6+3 TPD | ₹3.00 | ₹1.80 | 6 × ₹1.62 | ₹9.72 | ₹14.52 |
| 6+6 TPD | ₹3.00 | ₹1.80 | 12 × ₹1.62 | ₹19.44 | ₹24.24 |
| 12+12 TPD | ₹4.80 | ₹3.00 | 24 × ₹1.62 | ₹38.88 | ₹46.68 |
Formula: equipment subtotal = pulping + auxiliary + machine count × unit machine cost. The published India factor is 1.20. International mode applies its separately configured 1.20 factor to the same base subtotal and converts at the dated INR/USD reference; the two factors are not compounded.
Capacity: TPD means tonnes per day. Confirm dry-fibre input versus finished output, operating hours, product mass and accepted yield. The supplied “Lab-scale setup” label is not a verified classification. Exclusions: land, building, site infrastructure, installation, transport, taxes, working capital, financing and statutory costs unless a quotation expressly includes them. No subsidy or guaranteed return is assumed.
Rounding can cause small differences in displayed USD line items. FX and supplier prices require confirmation at quotation. Inspect the calculator configuration or request a detailed project quotation.
